Senior leadership training is designed for decision-makers and safety leaders who set the conditions for learning, reporting, and continuous improvement. This focused subset of the Visual Literacy curriculum emphasizes leadership influence, reinforcement strategies, organizational alignment, and sustainability—showing how Visual Literacy can strengthen safety leadership, improve risk recognition, support critical decision-making, and reinforce safety culture. Leaders gain the knowledge and tools to champion integration across the organization and reinforce the approach through their everyday questions, observations, and decisions.

Frontline training
Frontline training is a streamlined, practical introduction to Visual Literacy for the people closest to the work. It helps employees notice what matters, recognize changing conditions, reduce the effects of bias and habituation, and communicate more effectively about work and hazards. The training builds a shared foundation for recognizing and managing risk, supporting safer day-to-day decisions. Available as a live experience or through COVE OnDemand, it offers organizations a scalable way to deliver consistent learning across broader or geographically dispersed workforces.
