COVE 2023 Year in Review

2023 year in review

Every year I find myself in the same place approaching the end of December – where did the year go? It seems time moves faster and faster, especially when good things are happening. 2023 has been another year of accomplishments for COVE. I would like to highlight just a few.

1

We adopted Seeing a Safer Tomorrow™ as our tagline. This reflects our mission to improve how we see in order to continuously improve our safety performance and save lives.

2

Our client list continues to grow and reflect a variety of industries both domestically and internationally. We learn what matters most from our clients and adjust our approach accordingly.

3

We were recognized by the International Visual Literacy Association with a Special Contribution Award for our work in advancing Visual Literacy in the industrial space. This was only the fifth time the award has been given and we are proud of the affirmation that our work matters.

4

We released our first On Demand Digital Module which is SCORM compliant and will “plug into” Learning Management Systems. This enables faster “scaling” of training and impact.

5

We continued our partnership with Fisher Improvement Technologies by offering joint workshops on the integration of Visual Literacy and Human and Organizational Performance methods and practices. Our next offering is April 10-12, 2024 in Toledo, Ohio. Register Today!

6

We finalized our fifth module that is part of our training portfolio titled Leadership – Engaging Team Members in Seeing the Whole PICTURE™. This module focuses on the role leaders play in reinforcing the application of Visual Literacy training in their organization.

I look forward to even much more as we enter 2024. You can expect us to continue to improve our approach and content as we leverage the valuable lessons that Visual Literacy offers to us in and out of the workplace. Expect more digital content and collaborations. Come to a workshop, call us to learn more about what we do, and engage in our content that we share!

We wish you a happy holiday season and a prosperous new year!
