Kristin joined the team in 2018 and supports COVE as the Business Development & Marketing Director. In addition to managing the day to day marketing activities, she also oversees the long term marketing strategy and engages with organizations looking to make a step change in their safety improvement efforts.

With a focus on marketing, Kristin has worked in the safety consulting space for the past 14 years. Prior to COVE, Kristin spent 10 years with DEKRA Insight (formerly BST), where she owned and project managed several marketing initiatives and activities. Her efforts have helped spread new ideas and thinking around safety best practices and workplace safety improvements.

Having spent the last 11 years living in Austin, TX with her family, Kristin enjoys the sights and sounds of the live music capital of the world.
